Constructed from rugged, weathered leather and layered with professional blood, gore, and flesh FX, the pouch comes complete with a custom bloody hatchet (included), rustic blood-soaked chains, barbed wire, a stained rag, and a coordinating adjustable belt. Every element is aged and finished in-house for a raw, screen-read presence that feels violent, lived-in, and authentic.
