Each blade is constructed from high-density professional-grade EVA foam, hand-textured and sanded to replicate scarred, battle-worn steel. A carbon fiber core ensures stiffness and structural integrity.
Metallic finishes are achieved using real metal powders sealed with flexible urethane for durability and authentic surface depth. Rust effects are created using professional-grade rust paints and iron paste to maintain realistic oxidation while preserving flexibility.
Features include torn edge contouring, reinforced spine detailing, embedded barbed wire “suturing,” raised pitting, and meticulous layered painting for true film-grade realism.
The handle is wrapped in distressed canvas for a worn, utilitarian grip.
