Measuring 29 inches and weighing approximately one pound, its dual segmented blades are crafted from high-density professional-grade EVA foam, hand-textured and sanded to replicate warped, battle-torn steel. Barbed detailing is formed from textured silver leather cord and hand painted, while the handle can be wrapped in canvas, faux leather, burlap, or tape. Metallic finishes are achieved using real metal powders sealed in flexible urethane, and layered rust effects combine professional-grade paints and iron paste for a realistic, flexible, and durable film-grade finish.
