The Riveted measures approximately 30–35 inches in length and weighs approximately one pound, delivering imposing scale while remaining lightweight and performance-ready.
Constructed from high-density EVA foam and wrapped in layered Worbla for added structural integrity, the blade is sealed with Flexbond and finished with multiple coats of Plasti Dip to create a durable, flexible foundation. The handle is wrapped in distressed faux leather, aged to replicate worn, battle-used hide.
Each piece features meticulous rust and wear effects achieved through layered finishing techniques. Professional film-grade bloodwork can be added as an optional upgrade for productions or haunts requiring heightened realism.
