Each blade is crafted from high-density professional-grade EVA foam, hand-textured and sanded to replicate aged steel. A carbon fiber core runs through each head to ensure stiffness and structural integrity. The pipe section is textured PVC, while the grip is real wood for authentic feel and balance.
Reinforcement brackets, bolt detailing, and silver leather cord barbed accents are individually applied and hand-painted. Meticulous layered painting techniques and controlled rust effects create depth, wear, and true screen-grade realism.
