Its jagged, spine-lined profile is sculpted from high-density professional EVA foam, wrapped in Worbla for added structural integrity, sealed with a professional adhesive wash, and layered in multiple coats of Plasti Dip to create a durable yet flexible film-ready foundation.

Each piece is hand-textured and individually finished using layered paint techniques to achieve a realistic aged bone appearance — complete with natural tonal variation, marrow shading, and weathered depth that reads authentically on camera. The handle is wrapped in distressed fabric and leather strapping for a primitive, battle-bound aesthetic.
